Name of company/service: samsung india pvt. ltd.
This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a samsung mobile phone on 30-10-2011.It’s model number is “SAMMOB 5360 GALAXY Y”,since my purchase i have been facing a problem of automatic call drop in my phone.
Regarding my complaint I have visited the samsung service center in ghaziabad 6 times,but my problem has not been solved.Last time I submitted my phone at the service center on 5-07-2012,and after testing the phone,they gave me a feedback that “my phone has no defect,and I should collect it back”.
I have already forwarded this case to the higher authorities of samsung,but they also did not give me any resolution to my problem.Currently my phone is with service center located in Raj Nagar,Ghaziabad,and samsung people are requesting me to recollect it,but I would like the consumer forum to look into this matter and help me in getting my phone replaced with a new handset.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help me to get this faulty phone replaced.
