Problem is not being resolved by Airtel

Dear Concern,

We shifted our branch from Surya Kiran Building Connaught Place to New Delhi house Connaught Place on 30 june 2012. And the same we informed through email to Airtel to shift the internet connectivity and PRI lines. We are into broking firm and we need telephone lines and internet on high priority. We made complaint for shifting of PRI lines for more than 13 times, but they(Airtel) are not serious on this issue. We are loosing our business as well as trust in the market. Kindly look into the matter, we have lost invaluable clients and approx 1 lac of business due to absence of telephone lines.

So you are requested to see the matter and take an action and give justice to our company.
