Dear Sir,
I had purchased the above printer (Serial no. CN039C829C) from M/s. Navcom Technologies Wazirpur Indl. Area, Delhi. vide invoice no. 1164 dt. 20.04.2010.
Since the printer was giving some problem, a complaint was lodge and the same was attend by your service provider vide case-2993417 on 08.06.2010. The engineer who attend the complaint has remarked “Rat damaged printer found” and did not repair the same.
In this connection, it may be mentioned, if it is damaged by the rat, it is still a manufacturing defect, since such a gap where rat can enter the printer is unwanted.
I am using other types of printer also and there is no such problem.
In view of the aforesaid, you are requested to please attend to this complaint and also provide some safeguard so that it may not occur again.

Sir,
we purchased 13 number of PCs from your company from visakapatnam which is window 07 after that we have purchased 04 number of hp inkjet pro 8000 printer from that same company.
But now we face a problem that no new printer should install in that new computers sir.
Because of some non compactable of printers with that of PCs
we kindlky request you to take immediate action as soon as possible through your nearest service center (Berhampur or Bhubaneswar)which is in Orissa.
