PREMATURE OF DEBENTURE CERTIFICATE

Dear Sir,

My mother Mrs. Arati Rout is a ‘DEBENTURE CERTIFICATE’ holder.This certificate issued by ‘TOWER INFOTECH LIMITED’.Commencement Date:31-Dec-2011 & Date of Maturity:30-Dec-2014. Due to unavoidable circumstances at West Bengal we want to premature our Debenture Certificate. For this purpose we visited Tower group’s office at Kolkata. But they are not entertaining with us & no complain are logging by their website/phone.
Please suggest us how we can get back our money ?
