Name of company/service: Vodafone
I was having a corporate postpaid connection from vodafone which I have requested to cancellation even after multiple followups the vodafone guys have not closed my account. I have made the full and final settlement as per the instructions of the vodafone company. But for my dismay they have taken the money but not closed the account and even now I am receiving the emails for the bill payment. Please suggest what should I do.
