Hi, this is Adesh Patil..I am using Vodafone mobile postpaid connection and facing problem in billing from last 6 months (From Jan-12 onwards)…I am using blackberry mobile phone and not using any service of Internet but still I have been charged the same. I have logged more than 10 complaints regarding the same… I have received reversal for first 3 months (Jan, Feb and Mar-12) but for Apr, May and June-12 I haven’t received the reversal. On dated 14.05.2012 I have received call from Vodafone executive and he confirmed me that charges for Apr and May-12 will be reversed in June month bill but the same reversal was not their when I have received my bill copy…I inform the same to customer care over phone (198, 9820098200, 111) and mailed the same to ‘[email protected]’ but got unexpected reply that the charges are correct and we cannot reverse the same….I am very much troubled from Vodafone and decided not to pay Vodafone bill from this month onwards unless I got the reversal for the same. I want to send legal complaint to Vodafone regarding the same and want proper justice for all the trouble…Kindly help me…My Vodafone mobile no is 9930273148….
