Greetings for the day.
This is in regard to “complaint-for-the-porting-from-air tel-to-vodafone” from dated July 21st, 2012 till date. After complaining in the vodafone customer-care so many times, still I am facing in the portability of my number (i.e. 9830250244).
For this I called so many times to Vodafone person (Mr. Ayan- 9830066210)as he is the authorized person for porting issues from Vodafone to our company, but he mostly never picked my call or sometimes if he picked the call, he don’t have any proper information or updates. I still don’t have any proper updates for my number 1) Mob : 9830250244 Code : AK441552 Validity : 26/07/2012)
According to the Vodafone Executive (Mr.Ayan- 9830066210 )he punched my number for porting , & line is activated form vodafone ‘s side but my number is still not working.It is showing SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED.
Now I really want to the Vodafone higher authorities to kindly look into this matter seriously & take the relevant action immediately as I am already facing so many problems & business losses.
I am really fed up of the poor customer-care services of Vodafone. Their team never cooperate with the customers.I called daily 100 of times for porting, but i never got the right response from them.
I want to port this number on an urgent basis, because I am facing loss in our business .
I hope you understand my problem & will take the immediate action.
