Hello, I am Sarit Dey from West Bengal (Mobl – 8653632560). On 1st May 2012 I convert my No from TATA DOCOME to Airtel cunnection with valied document. My no was truely working by 42+1 recharge on this day. I confirmed the No by calling your customer care. After that I recharged Rs – 222 on 16th May 2012.
On May 21 2012 I have got 1st SMS for Incomplete document. Then I talk to the distributer point and tell them to recheck my document. After 3 days the connection is working well. During this period surfing through Airtel net form my mobile. But on June 13 2012 the connection was totally blocked without any information with Rs 140 approx balance. When I talk to the Customer care they told to resubmit the document and informed me that my Number was Changed. As per there information I resubmit my document. But till now my no is not performing and I am totally dissatisfied with Airtel network and its customer care service….
They have no quality to sit on to service to a customer. Some time they told “May be your number is not transferred.” “May be the document is not valided” or some of them told that “they never accept recharge on this type of number”
As a Customer Care centre I have sent a mail for my written complain and waiting for action 24 hours.
But till now I could not get any reply form the company so I am sending the mail to Consumer Forum.
