Poor speed – no proper response

I have purchased the reliance netconnect in july 2012, There is an issue from day 1 and I have made several complaints. I have also spent lot of time in resolving but it is not resolved till date. I had requested for the refund if they are not able to resolve the issue. I have paid 3 months charges regularly but last month when I asked for refund they reverted Rs. 1730.00 and informed that they will resolve or they will arrange for a refund. As the issue was not resolved, I stopped paying where they disconnected the connection last month but they call me to pay Rs. 1234. which is last months bill.

I wanted to be resolved as they have not provided server from day one. The connection was very poor i.e. less than a dial up connection speed. I have got reply from them saying that they are having issue in our area.

As this is poor support and not adhere to the service which was promised, I would have it resolved.
