I had lodged a complaint with the company for Double Door Refrigerator on 03rd July 2012 vide No. GB0712001217. The machine is under AMC till Sep 2012. Their Service Center Incharge Mr Ravinder/Mr Anurag have been contacted time and again and the response is “PARTS ARE NOT AVAIABLE”. Tried to contact their Regional Office Incharge (GZD) Mr Ankit Bansal, but he is leat bothered to attend the call. I am not aware whom to approach now. THIRD CLASS RESPONSE BY COMPANY.
