Poor Service Rendered by TATA SKY

I have taken TATA Sky Dish sometimes in the year 2009 for Jumbo Scheme mainly for viewing Malayalam & Tamil Channels. At that time they provided me 6 Malayalam Channels and 6 to 8 Tamil Channels. Sometime in the year 2010, they arbitrarily withdrawn 3 Malayalam Channel without any intimation whatsoever and continue to Charge the same amount they have doing so prior to withdrawal of these channels. I have repeatedly called up their Customer Care but without any solution to the issue.

I would request you to kindly take up the matter and do the needful in getting fair justice.
