Poor Service provider & misguiding with the course structure

Hello Sir/ Mam

I am Ranjana Mittal resident of Kandhla ( UP) got enrolled in Singhania University ( Delhi Branch) last year ( In the month of August 2012) for my M.phil study in Chemistry by paying INR 41,000/-

During the time of admission they gave me a lot promises to help me out to provide me the complete course structure,syllabus & study materials, but now they have completely failed in their attempt,neither they are giving me the syllabus nor they are ready to provide me any type of information related & helpful for my study, rather they are misbehaving with me as well with my parents, & in this process one whole year of mine got wasted & i lost my precious money value INR- 41,000/-

Now i would kindly request to look after on this matter as i am seriously concern regarding my career

So that will be grateful for the same
