We have a Current Account in PNB Account Civil Lines branch , kanpur 2324009300022827. We had to withdraw 3000 Rs. from ATM. To our Surprise only 1500/- INR came out with the withdrawal slip showing 3000/- as withdrawn. The bank was IDBI ATM from which the cash was withdrawn. We have already lodged Complaint but to vain. Still the balance 1500/- has not been transferred to our account. The Complaint no is 57772898.
