I have bought Sony Bravia LCD TV during August 2009 for Rs. 16000/-with a warranty of 1 year. The TV has got blank during March 2012 and took to its authrised service centre and they have informed that the panel board of the display part has got damage and to be replaced which costed Rs. 4100/- after 7 months on last Sunday on 10th Nov. 2012 again the TV has got blank. While I approached the same service centre the have informed me the same problem which will cost Rs. 6200/- Please advise me whether I can file a complaint on this. Both the problem happened during non warranty period.
