I want to inform you that ,I had purchase a Mahindra Yuvraj 215 Di tractor from Assam Auto Agency,Dibrugarh(Assam),but the Tractor has disturbed the peace of my life from the very first day, I am facing lots of problem till now which are as follows
1) Tractor was delivered to me on 9/05/2012 but the dealer has lost the Key of Diesel tank key, due to which I have to wait for 1 week from the day of purchase on 17/05/2012 ,I received the key.
2) On 17/05/2012 when the tractor runs on field ,then I came to know that the Shafting provided with the tractor was defective which breaks on field, I inform it to the dealer and after 26 days i.e. on 12/06/2012,I got the tractor repaired.
3) As per schedule when I again run it on field ,then the problem of Hydraulic arises on 13/6/2012 I complain again it to dealer and again it need another 13 days to be repaired 12/06/2012.
4) Again on return of the tractor, the Shafting of the tractor again breaks on the field.
5) Its now two month over still one after one the problem of tractor arise again and again, now due to hydraulic problem the tractor is in the service centre of Assam Auto Agency.
6) ITS 3 MONTH RUNNING TRACTOR IS IN THE DEALER BUT RESPONSE FROM COMPANY AS WELL AS DEALER SIDE
7) An LCD T.V was free with this tractor but still I have not received.
