A VERY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE WITH YEPME.COM. Complaint id is 157105
A) I ordered for a pair of shoes worth Rs 1399/- and received delivery after payment on 22 May 13.
B) On opening the package i find a pair of sandals instead costing Rs 499/-
C) I spend the next three hours trying to get through their call centre trying to lodge a complaint.
D) I finally get through to a senior executive ( Sumit if i recall correctly) who promises that the wrong article will be collected next
day (23 May 13).
E) I call up on 23 May 13 & fortunately the same guy picks up who says that someone will come & replace the item
Amazingly after 13 days the company has again managed to deliver *A WRONG PRODUCT( SAME BROWN CHAPPALS) SECOND TIME IN THE LAST 14 DAYS. I AM AMAZED THAT A BUSINESS EXPECTS TO FUNCTION WITH
SUCH A LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE* .
I have reached the end of my patience. I request the company to refund my money & take back the wrong products delivered with immediate effect as they have caused me immense mental & physical harrassment,
. I am still waiting.I find that to compound their negligent & unprofessional attitude they now send me this mail saying that the complaint has been resolved.
