I would like to bring to your notice that I had made a request for servicing my 2 Airconditioners on22nd May, 2012. While one AC was serviced on 23rd May, 2012 (RNA 120522052409), the other AC was not done as the service engineer told me that the motor needs to be replaced. He brought the motor next day. However, he did not replace it as he said that gas needs to be filled and some minor repairs have to be done and for that the AC needs to be taken to the workshop. Accordingly, the AC was taken to the workshop on 24th May, 2012. It was to be brought back and fixed at my residence on the next day, but it was returned on 28th May, 2012 only. The service centre charged me Rs.3855/- vide invoice no. 1648 dated 28th May, 2012. However, since that day the AC has not been working. I had made a complaint again. This time the service engineer said that the blower needs to be replaced. I told them to replace this but till date, it has not been done. I have been requesting daily at least 10 times a day. But nothing has been done.
I have sent emails also but no response.
