Name of company/service: eurekha forbes
i have recently purchased a Water purifier – Enhanced RO from Eurekha forbes . the machine was purchased and installed in the first week of May .
on the 15th june the RO stopped working and there was no inlet or outlet of water from the purifier – we have launched a complaint with the service centre over phone and followed it up with 3 calls on the same day and the next day which is16th june ( saturday ) .. we were assured that the service engineer would be attending it and there will not be any issue . 17th was a sunday and whatever numbers we have been provided to contact all were either switched off or not picked up
on 18th our telephone again started and we have launched 8 phone complaints with the customer service – again were assured that within end of the day the problem would be attended and sorted out – no one even bothered to call us from eurekhaforbes for once – we even spoke to the floor supervisor who again assured that within 12 0 clock on tuesday afternoon the Ro would be serviced – once again there is no improvement
we are really tired and fed up of the customer service and the way we are being treated , a Ro which is hardly a month old has a problem and eurekhaforbes is not even bothered to lookinto it inspite of our repeated follow up .
we trusted eurekhaforbes as a good company with business ethics which turned out to be wrong , luckily i have purchased the machine thru EMI plan and have paid a initial amount of INR 2975 .00 and a installment of INR 2060.00 ..
i would be instructing my bankers for stop payment of the balance of 5 cheques ( inr 2060.00 each ) and request eurekha forbes to take the RO back and refund my money of INR 2975 + INR 2060 = INR 5035.00 immediately failing which i would forced to launch a complaint with consumer protection forum in chennai
its really dissapointing to see such level of pathetic servise from a company like eurekha forbes
