Poor service

One ac machine was installed on 25.02.19 but due to power failure demo could not be given and company (Greenwave Refrigeration, Chandannagar, Hooghly) promised to come another day for demo but never turned up instead of several reminder. The remote and display unit not working properly with a much delayed cooling effect
