poor service

dear sir
i have bought tata indicom cdma blackberry 3 days back and went to tata indicom outlets in north delhi they dnt have rights to configure my sim no to non sim mobile (blackberry 9330)..
they said got to the head office at cannaught place .i went there on 16th july 2012.along with ma two numbers to be transfer d to the blackberry handsets.
i met mr arun and ms barkha they tried and transferred one of the number to the new blackberry but after that 2nd number could not be transferred due to some internal reasons and i waited for 4hours in the office but no positive response as the said the head branch i.e Chandigarh branch is not picking up the phone so we cannot close your you have to wait for tomorrow arun gave me his number to contact and get it closed but no positive response as if now just because Chandigarh branch is not picking up the calls yet.
i just want to know is it a wrong decision to buy new handset and get it configured too late. and no body is now picking up the call neither the Chandigarh branch nor mr arun now .tell me the solution to get it done asap.
i just want my number to transfer asap as i cannot go to there office as wait for 4-5 hours every day…
