poor service

dear sir/mam.
i wants to port my number form vodafone to airtel but vodafone said they provide me 50p/mint incoming and outgoing in roming if i continue with him i agree, but now they not provide me this service and not ready to give solutions to me, i have complain number also, sir please do the needfull, thanks
