I had given my TATA Indica (Petro) for repairs to shah motors, Sector 5 NOIDA, UP – Job Card Reference- JC-ShaMtl-SN-1213-001302. The main complaints were 1. Engine Timing Missing, AC not effective due to frequent cut off of relay. After the repair, the performance had become worse and the missing timing problem is aggravated. In addition there is a knocking sound in the engine.When there was no need of any coolant they coaxed me into filling the same and charged me. The earlier services also were very poor and in a period of 11 months,I have paid them over 35000/= for various work. The car was sent for repair with same complaint of AC three times. I have all the invoices of the repairs and would submit whenever you require.
I would request your intervention to get my grievances addressed and the expenses for the last service is refunded with appropriate damages for the poor service rendered.
