Poor Service

Dear Sir,

I had purchased the Videocon refrigerator in August 2011,after 7 month the compressor has stop to work for that i have given several mail to customer care as well telephonic communication with CCE then after one month they send their engineer for the maintanance of refrigirator & sfter 4 days of service same problem has again persist in my regrigerator.
in this case my mother has faces a lot of problem in this summer season
kindly do the needful
