Poor redressal of grievance

I have been using idea network for 5 years. Recently i had an coverage issue at my place. I was unable to use internet as it was fluctuating between 2g and 3g. I filed a complaint and after 5 days they told me it was network congestion problem. I told them its coverage issue and send your technical team to check and he said yes he will but after 10 minutes i received a message stating that my problem has been resolved. It’s been 1 month i haven’t been able to use internet and i have paid for 4g data which is being unutilised everyday. Poorest redressal system and slow processing. I would request that either resolve the issue or refund my money so that i can port to other network.
