Dear Sir/ Madam,
I Purchased a pair of Woodland shoe model no. GC0160106 wide Invoice no. 20112510, Dated- 25/10/11 from M/s AERO CLUB, Woodland store shop no. 158 Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi – 110034. After one month of purchase, the pasting of shoe get torn off. We went to the store regarding the same problem, then they asked to leave the shoes for 15 days and your shoes will be repaired. I got my shoes back after 20 days properly repaired at that time.
But, within 10 days again the pasting of the shoes torn off.(Please see the attached Photographs for your reference).
i am totally unsatisfied with the quality of Woodland shoes. I can’t go to your store again and again for get my shoes repaired.
Hope, you take some serious action on this matter on urgent basis.
