I had purchased N97 mini black of Nokia mobile on 05/02/2011 from authorised dealer M/s Vijay Sales , Mumbai (www.vijaysales.com) vide their invoice No. 27-INO2-11SICD106 for Rs. 16990.After 3 months , it was failed to give any service and touch screen was not working.In such condition , I want to replace the handset alongwith the monetary value on account of frustration suffered by me or return the cost of the mobile alongwith the monetary value on account of frustration suffered by me the in addition to business loss amounting to :

pain and suffering: RS. 50,000
BUSINESS LOSS: Rs. 1,00,000
with 18% interest from the date of purchase.It is under warranty for 1 year.
