I purchased a emoticon hearing aid from Ranchi hearing centre on 12 04 18 but after a month it is not functioning .I approached to sales professionals for resolution .He asked me to deposit a sum of Rs 300/ for currier charge ,however warranty period is two year.please do something,I am a pensioner.
