Name of company/service: samsung mobiles

i had purchased a samsung mobile SGH-B300 on 14.02.2009. it was functioning well and was good working.Suddenly on 11.03.2010 the mobile got switched off. the next day i took it to service centre, they said it was a software problem and could be corrected by paying rs.275/-. the next day they said there is a IC problem and it would cost 80% of the original cost of the cell. the cell got repaired exactly after one month after the date of expiry of warranty period. i would kindly request you to take steps and solve the problem and help us with it.
