Poor network coverage in our locality from last 7 months.

Dear Sir, Myself Partha Pratim Ghatak, i have a reliance gsm number which is 7679216469. Now I am residing at Vill-Aralkola, post-Panchal, Ps-Sonamukhi, Dist-Bankura-722157, West Bengal. I have raised lots of complaints against reliance who provide poor network coverage in this locality. The complain ids are 185003783, 184564950, 180801396, 168613304. Every time they say that the problem is resolve, but problem is continuing still. I really harassed and exercising many problems. Due to such poor network quality I always missed my very important call & not able to use internet connection (Rs.99 internet Pack) as there is no signal or signal fluctuation. I am using Samsung GT C3212i with reliance gsm number for Voice Call & Beetel MF 190 HSDPA Data Card for Internet and my friends also using reliance gsm number(7679026924) with Samsung 3322 handset but all are in trouble with poor network as there is no single signal bar on there handset. Such problem is being occurred last 6 to 7 months. The distance between our localities to Reliance GSM Network Tower is only 1000mtrs. The network works perfectly up to 800mtrs from the network tower. We request you to take necessary steps to improve your network signal quality otherwise we have decided that if this type of problem is not solve as soon as possible then we will switch over to another network. Signal problem means most of the time there is no signal bar shows on the handset at home as well as outside and if signal shows its very poor and creating voice break up during call in our area. contact-9474177120.
