I got tikona wifi installed on around 8th november 2018 and within 5-6 days i got connectivity issues so i mailed to CEO and technicians visited many times and they always called me when their backend was stable…but issue did not get resolve then so i called them for refund and they say that we cannot refund the money and the amount is forfeited as my area has no network issues from their end. I have paid them for three months and not able to use the service for even a month. I had to mail 5-6 times within in a month and now they have taken my money. Not refunding and no proper response.
Tikona is a fraud company, it has the worst internet connectivity. Please help me and provide me refund
