Poor customer service of Big Bazaar

Dear Team,

I would like you to know that I purchased a Dreamline mop from the Big Bazaar Thrissur outlet in the year 2017 and it functioned well till the 1 year guarantee period but few days post the guarantee deadline the spring of the mop rod stopped working because of which when the mop is inserted into the tub the water doesn’t squeeze out automatically as the rod doesn’t press in and it dosen’t spin as it is supposed to be. When I asked the representative there whether they would provide an extra rod they gave a reply saying that they do not have the stock presently.It is the same reply i get everytime i ask the representatives there.Neither am I getting the spare in any other local shops.When i called up the customer care person they told me that they do not keep an extra stock of rod and i will have to get it repaired from a local shop.When i asked for the manufacturer details to lodge a complaint they could not provide even that stating they do not have the details of them.Last time when I visited the outlet I saw a couple buying the product and warned them about the poor service of Big Bazaar which ended up in them not buying the product.After paying such a huge amount for the product it lasted only for a year. Very disappointed with the service.
