Poor Customer Service!

Location/place: 28/14 Gujji Naicken 2nd street Anna Nagar East, Chennai -600102

Name of company/service: EUREKA FORBES

This is regarding poor customer service by ‘eureka forbes limited’ . From past 20 days making regular calls to all available numbers given by them and asking for repairing of water purifier. They send a technician who says the one of the part should be replaced and says will do it in a day or two. After which making regular calls to PRASSANA, who promises everday that it’ll be done by today evening for last 20days. We have paid a massive amoount of 6520 for a guarantee of 2 years that 100% free service including any part of water purifier damaged to be replaced for free, i think thats what gets them lazy.I request the consumer forum to take immediate action towards it and make it happen as soon as possible! Hoping the best from you.
