poor customer service

i have requested for AC service on customer care centre number 180030008282 at 10:30 am on 26-3-2010. At the time of request the executive had inquired about warranty period and copy of bill was told that their executive will give me a call and visit my place to repair it within 24 hours… but there were not any response from them i called them again almost 3-4 times on 27th and 29th evening but they had not made any service only harassing us on phone and inquire again and again about our address, phone no., bill and date. Nobody has come to my home and not even they made a call to us about service. They have all our contact nos. Kindly suggest and tell me if your company is unable to do my AC service then I will arrange some thing more. Please reply as early as possible. I want some quick action.
