poor customer care service and bad behaviour by the customer care executives

Its a very tough task to lodge a complain or to get a solution of the problem in the bsnl customer care….firstly it takes 15 to 20 min to talk with the executives and they disconnect the phone saying that “aapke dwara response nahi karne se aapko disconnect karte hai”instead of the fact im responsing….
