Poor customer care service

I am the customer of Tata Indicom walky post paid service from past 7 years( Telephone No. 07556537710 ,TTno. : 311542427).
On 5th June 2012 Tata indicom executive had replaced my walky set on my request (New MEID/ESN no.:15F45C07) and i paid Rs. 450 for this.Since then my new Walky set is not working properly and despite of making several complaints and my personal visit to Tata Indicom office at Maida mill near RBI, Bhopal, no concrete solution has been provided to me.
