sir,
recently i had activated blackberry service plan of 15rs which is daily rental plan and i got a confirmation message from Vodafone that your amount is deducted and blackberry services are activated but i couldn’t use the service and i contacted customer care but every time i tried calling the customer care it said your request cannot be processed it continuesly happened to me for 3 days and on 4th day i used my second Vodafone number to call the customer care and they sort out the mater and the services were active for 2-3 hrs n it was back to its original place where i could get edge network in capital and couldn’t use the services and as the plan is rental i have lost 45rs as waste amount
