We had online booked 2 return tickets from blr-del-blr. Tickets were booked on line under PNR No IMRHZZ but the tickets were not issued due to some problems in jetairways site. It is almost 1 months now they have not refunded the money back to citi bank account. I am paying citi bank interest for the same. Jetairways has this bad habit of rotation customer money like this. This needs to be resolved and these bad practices stopped. I need to get one month interest whatever the bank charged from jetairways. But i am not sure whether they will give back my money. there is so much of delay.
please support to resolve this case.
