I have purchased a lcd tv of videocon and they have given me a gift coupon of 2500 rupees and from that coupon they had provided me with a facility of purchasing anything online from Emartindia.in and i had purchased a microwave owen online worth rupees 8000 and i have made an online payment of the rest amount (2500+5500=8000)unfortunately, the contact number they have provided for Emartindia.in is temporary out of service.I even tried Videocon vendor to provide me with the alternate number but they even couldn’t provide me with the details whom to contact for the delivery of my owen or any transaction details.Please help me out with this issue.My transaction ID #
