Playing with with Customers giving fake commitments

One of Nokia Asha 200 getting hang. Submitted at Nokia Care on 8th May 2012 and after 5 time up and down
On 12th July 2012, get replaced, what about the unused 2 Month and what about of Warranty Duration. If the company holding more than 2 month, what is the use of product ? and why the Warranty Duration not extend if the company holding the same product ?

Nokia C2-03 touchpad not worked during the Warranty period. Submitted the Mobile on 13th June 2012, delivery date provided by the service centre is 16th July 2012.
No phone calls received in between the timeline. Visited the Nokia Care, they are giving Answer: We are not aware when your mobile will come ?

Please let me know where can I escalate the matter ? I don’t have that much presences to wait more and more and visit again and again.
