I visited Enrich beauty parlour on the 3rd Jun 2012 and requested for a full body bleach. While I was leaving the parlour I had developed a slight itchy rash on my body which I was told is normal incase of bleaching. This rash worsened and I had to be administered medicines for the treatment of the same. After 3 weeks of the bleach treatment, I still have burn marks on my skin for which I am visiting various doctors.
Ideally a patch-test has to be conducted by the parlour to check for reactions on the skin incase of a new product.
I demand an apology for the callousness & the physical & mental trauma from ENRICH company. I also demand monetory compensation for the medical bills that I am still footing to treat the injuries.
