phone number-08025225598 is not workingsince more than a fortnight.even prior to this twice complaints have been given.will the phone exchanges not know the condition of the phones even if the customer has not been able to complain.how could the bsnl be so indifferent if it wants to be a good service privider?why make a show of arranging exhibitions to call customers to get their disconnected phones activated?why this apathy?
