I am pradosh nair from pune I had a Artil prepaid number is 9822555494
The issue is regarding the worst service by Artil I had ever gone through my life.
I had port my number from Tata Docomo to Artil on Febuary . From Febuary to July my phone was disconnected 3 times,
For the first time when it was disconnected on March I called the customer care they informed that the phone was disconneted due to non submission of document however I had already submitted the document at the artil gallery on febuary,
When I visited the gallery I found my document kept in his drawer he had not yet submitted the ducument. After one week by number was activated.
On May 26 once again my number was disconnected When I called the Customer care they said it was disconnected for non submission of document and my number was deleted. Again I visited the store and resubmitted by document and after one week it was activated.
On july 14 2012 again my number was disconnected for reason some prepaid validation form not received . Again after one week it was activated
