My name is Vinay Girdhar and I am working with The Times of India. I bought a mobile phone(Motorola Devy M526) from one of retail outlet in Kamla Nagar on 28th April’2012 and very next month it started to hang I went to their service centre in pitampura they installed the software. Next week I had downloaded 2-3 application and it again started hanging I went to their service centre again they had replaced the motherboard after that it worked properly for a week or so and now after 2 weeeks its creating same problem. I wrote a mail to there customer services excetive to refund my money but they are sending me same mail again and again and not taken any strict action yet in this respect, this is the reason why I am writing this mail. please help
