I would like to bring to your kind attention that my mother Smt Venakshamma aged 77 years old staying alone my native place at Kattige , Honnavalli post , Sringeri taluk Chikmagalur district. She have the land line connection vide phone 08265-251620. Since mother is old aged and suffering from many diseases like back pain diabetic, BP etc. for communication phone is very essential . She cannot able to walk since she have the back pain.
I K. R.Sreenivas is the son of my mother staying in Mangalore working as Deputy manager of Aviation in Hindustan petroleum corporation Airport Mangalore. Since my mother is staying alone and suffering many disease for taking care for me and my relatives the phone is very must. But this phone is not working continuously for the last 6 months. Whenever we make the complaint they will attend only after repeated complaint but the disturbance not able to rectify. In the men time the phone is going to dead every alternate week,
Whenever the phone is dead I have been making the complaint under 198. In the next day while seeing the status of complaint it is showing in 198 as cleared. But complaint will be as it is. I contacted many time through Phone 08265-250120 they will tell only rectify, but they will not give proper solution why it has happing repeated times and giving any proper response why the complaint has removed without attending the complaint. In the mean time they refuse to tell the name of person to attend the phone, not lifting phone and engage is appearing continuously.
I contacted in-charge of BSNL Mr. S.K. Rajashekar regarding the same. I request him if the instrument problem kindly replace it. But he has told me you have to make your own arrangements. We don’t have spare.
The same problem is continuing is long. I contacted Chikmagaklur GM office Phone no. 08262-235777 request to speak to GM. But one madam has picked up the phone and she collected my information and convey the s ame to GM. But I asked who is speaking she replied as SCE. I assumed that in BSNL some of the employee is doesn’t want to take responsibility, so they don’t want to make self- introduction?
I would like to inform you that BSNL is one of the Big organisation and no 1 place in india under communication. In our organisation we maximum employees are using your connection. But we don’t know why this type of service we are expecting from your organisation. In any organisation the customer satisfaction is the main to grow the organisation including our company.
I request you kindly if you consider my request and do the needful I would be very grateful to you. We don’t want to leave the BSNL is one of our family. Hope that our request will be fulfilled.
