I have incoming plan of bsnl landline but from the last 6 months I have problem receiving my incoming calls.I complaint lots of time and meet them in their office but still nobody seems interested in helping me and solving my problem instead they just make me false promises and i am paying rent of my dead phone.So i kindly request you to help me out
