phone no: sold to me and resold to some other customer of Vodafone without informing me

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Vodafone – Laxmi Nagar Branch has sold me a post paid connection @ Rs.250 and without my knowledge de-activated the no: by converting it into a pre-paid no: and then has sold it to someone else… Mr Aadil (09999634177)is the person behind this fraud.

I want the same no: back.
