Name of company/service: bsnl
i have been a regular user of bsnl since 15 years,my phone no. is 01234 251520 and i have a broadband plan BB-HOME UL 750.
my phone and broadband both not working since 5 june and i have made about 20 complaints. but no one is doing anything and problem is not solved till date.
then i decided to disconnect the service but s.d.o. (baraut (up) circle mr. tejpal singh) has denied to take the application for disconnecting he said that can be done between 1 to 10 of everymonth..although no such rules are given by bsnl now i wanna that strict action should be taken against these people and my phone to be disconnected soon.
