Phoenix Sofa Set Worst exp. and Big cheaters..

Hi,
I have booked a Sofa set (Model New Comfi) from Phoenix Sofa in the recent “Time Exhibition” in Palace Ground. I have done the booking on 18-May-2012 by paying Rs.15,000.00 and the Sofa delivery was suppose to happen on 10-Jun-2012. My Bill number is #1439. For the past 10-12 days every day I am calling them 3-4 times and always get false committments on delivery. Now I am really pissed off and planning to take back my money.
Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PHOENIX SOFA ANY TIME. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CHEATERS…

    i
    I have the same and worst experiment with the Phoenix company. First of all they do not treat customer in proper way. The worst part is when I called the manager of the company, he threatened me on phone. PLEAS DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH PHOENIX. THEY RELAY LOOT THE CUSTOMER.

    Same issue. This people are spreading fraudness all over cpuntry. Pune/Bangalore/ other cities
