I would like to produce the following few things as grievances. That I have admitted myself in AMITY Distance Learning Course, Amity University on June 2006 in 2years PGDBM course. My enrolment No is:-145 762 440 74. For that I have paid full amount of course fee as per their terms and conditions near about Rs.27200/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred only). I have also appeared full End term examination within 2009. But due to some unavoidable circumstances (health problem of my family members) I could not able to give my one assignment within that period and more over the said institution had not provided me the study materials in time. But the institution allowed me to give end term examination for that paper.
First of all when I admitted they have not provided study material for December2006, 1st End term exam. After repeated reminder the Noida center provided the books in the mid of November, 2006. So, I could not appear the 1st end term examination. The very next year I appeared the same and on 2008, I appeared another 2nd end term and finally on 2009, I appeared other two (3rd & 4th) end term exam.
The thing is that I was not communicated the result of my exam till today since beginning, though I finished my total end term examinations. They have also not given any instructions to finish the program within this or that period. While I went to submit my assignment on December, 2011, the Bhubaneswar unit told me to directly send the assignment to Noida on April 2012, as they have changed their rule, which was also not communicated to me. I have sent the assignment (submitted the same) on April, 2012.
As far as the marks of end terms are concerned the institution should give the mark list immediate after finishing the valuation of each end term. So that a student can confirm himself that he has succeeded or any back paper is there to reappear. Till today they have also not communicated me. I have given several mails to them but they are not responding. But when the institution responded my mail they flatly refuse to accept my registration as well as they don’t indicate me to do my project work. They are telling my registration has been expired and nothing can be done.
I have also requested them to reregister and give me chance to submit my project and all. If any fine is there I am ready to pay the same. But they are refusing. They don’t even ready to provide my marks obtained. I have given the sufficient reason why I had not able to appear my exam.
In their broacher they have not mentioned the maximum period of the course or the registration will be expired within this or that period. They have not even communicated me the rules of their institution. After giving huge amount of money and appeared all the exams, I am unable to submit my project or not able to get my marks. I am not satisfied with their answer or behaviour. I have lost my money and time.
They are making me suffer mentally. So, I request your chair of authority to help me out from this situation. I want to complete my course. I am sending all these communication through the following mail address:- [email protected] and [email protected] .
