PF withdrawal Pending since 5 month

Location/place: Raipur

Name of company/service: Bussan Auto finance India Pvt Ltd

I have resigned the said company by 15th Feb’12, As per the norms of PF, i can submit the PF form for withdrawal after 2 month of the date of resignation. As per last update, I need to submit the PF form second time due to correction done of autorize signatory of BAF India. since almost 3 month has been gone but still my PF form is not submitted to PF office for processing. Please take the corrective action.
